There are times in our lives where navigating life’s journey alone, or even in the company of others can be tough! I understand that seeking counseling services and choosing a therapist can be a difficult decision and task. This website was created in the hopes of making this process easier, and sharing a bit about our services, and how I work!

I believe that therapy can help individuals change and heal those wounded spaces that are often difficult to acknowledge and discuss. I also truly trust that most folks have the ability to tap into their internal strengths and healing abilities, in order to resolve conflicts and overcome difficulty. Sometimes however, without the proper support, insight development, and guidance, this can be very challenging to do! My style of therapy reflects a holistic, insight-based approach, with a focus on relationships, and the patterns that we form that are not always supportive of a healthy life experience.

My goal is to provide a safe and trusting atmosphere where you are free to discuss those challenging and private circumstances that can make life difficult, in a confidential and supportive environment. Therapy can be a wonderful place to learn more about yourself and grow in ways you may have never considered.
